For kids

Have fun and be kind. Only play together with people you know, and ask a grown-up if you are not sure about something.

These terms apply to kidsgame.app and the games on it, run by X & Company LLC (“we”). By using the site you agree to them. If a child is using the site, a parent or guardian should read these terms and agree to them for the child.

Free to play

The games are free. There are no purchases, subscriptions or ads, and you do not need an account.

Playing together

Little Dinosaurs lets up to four people play together using a 4-letter room code. Only share your code with people you know.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising who their child plays with.
We do not run or watch shared games, because they connect directly between the players’ devices.

Please don’t

Try to break, overload, hack or interfere with the site, our server or other players’ games.
Use modified versions of the games to cheat, disrupt or harm other players.
Copy the games to run on another website, or present them as your own.

We may block access for anyone who does these things.

Your saved progress

Progress is saved only in the browser on your device. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing or switching devices will reset it, and we cannot recover it.

Our games

The games, artwork, sounds and code on kidsgame.app belong to us. You may play them and link to them; please don’t copy or redistribute them without asking.

No guarantees

We make the games with care, but they are provided “as is”. We do not promise that they will always be available, work on every device or be free of mistakes. Online play depends on your network and on outside services, and some networks block it.

Limit of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage from using or being unable to use the site, including lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Privacy

We do not collect personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is involved when you play.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
